§1. Scope of Service

These terms and conditions apply to all cleaning service bookings made online through our price calculator, via email, or by phone with Evera Cleaning.

§3. Home Access & Preparation

The client must ensure our cleaning team has proper access to the property at the scheduled time (via key, lockbox, code, or being present). If our team cannot enter the property within 20 minutes of arrival, a lock-out fee may apply. Utilities such as electricity and running hot/cold water must be turned on and available.

§4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices: All prices calculated online or quoted are final prices based on the information provided by the client. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the property condition differs significantly from the description.
4.2 Payment: Payment must be processed via our approved credit card payment processor or other pre-arranged method upon completion of the service.

§5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment **free of charge up to 36 hours** before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 36 hours in advance may be subject to a late cancellation charge.

§6. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not entirely satisfied with your cleaning, complaints must be submitted **within 24 hours** after the service completion. Please email photos of the missed spots to: cleaning.info@evera.group.
**We will come back and re-clean the missed spots for free, fast, and with no questions asked.** Please note that our guarantee covers free re-cleaning only; we do not offer monetary refunds or money-back options.

§7. 10% Cashback Rewards Program

Evera Cleaning operates a loyalty rewards program under the following conditions:
10% back in bonus credits is automatically accrued to your account after full payment of every completed order.
Bonus credits can be used to pay up to 50% of your next cleaning service.
Credits have no expiration date, no hidden conditions, and work on all services (regular, deep, move-out, post-renovation).

§8. Liability & Damage Policy

Our cleaners are background-checked, ID-verified, and treat your home with maximum care. We are liable only for damage caused by proven gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for pre-existing wear and tear, unstable fixtures, or damage resulting from incorrect property information.

§9. Equipment & Supplies

Our team arrives fully equipped with professional tools and eco-friendly products (ATTITUDE — EWG Verified™, safe for kids & pets). If the client requests the use of their own specific chemicals or equipment, Evera Cleaning accepts no liability for the results or any potential damage caused by those products.

§10. Jurisdiction

The laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada apply to this contract. Place of jurisdiction: Edmonton.
